ELISA plate was coated with purified goat IgG. Immunoglobulin was detected with Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG(H+L)-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6160-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).

ELISA plate was coated with serially diluted Goat IgG-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 0109-01). Immunoglobulin was detected with Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG(H+L)-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6160-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat No. 7100-05) and quantified.
