Mouse Anti-Human CD103 (Integrin αE)

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
CD103 is the integrin αE subunit which usually forms a heterodimer with the integrin β7 subunit. It is expressed on intraepithelial lymphocytes and 1-2% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD103 binds Ecadherin on epithelial cells. This interaction may be of importance in the homing and retention of CD103+ lymphocytes in the intestinal epithelium.[1-4]
