DESCRIPTION
Source: Antiserum from rabbits hyperimmunized with goat IgG.
Cross Absorption: Pooled human serum proteins.
Purification: Affinity chromatography on goat IgG covalently coupled to agarose.
Specificity Reacts with the heavy and light chains of goat IgG as demonstrated by ELISA. May also react with the light chains of other goat immunoglobulins. Minimal cross reactivity with human immunoglobulins.
