Rat Anti-Mouse IL-3

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies MP2-8F8 and MP2-43D11 are specific for mouse Interleukin- 3 (IL-3), a 28 kDa haemoatopoietic growth factor that is also known as multi-CSF. IL-3 is produced by activated T cells, mast cells and eosinophils. The most significant biological activity of IL-3 is the stimulation of hematopoietic cell differentiation leading to the colony formation of erythroid, megakaryocyte, granulocytes, macrophages, basophil, neutrophil, eosinophil, mast cell and monocytic lineages.
