ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
BCIP/NBT (5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate/ nitroblue tetrazolium) One Component Membrane Substrate solutions are for use with alkaline phosphatase-labeled reagents. The reaction produces a deep purple-blue product. BCIP/NBT One Component Membrane Substrates are available as a blue reaction product (Cat. No. 0430-01) and purple reaction product (Cat. No. 0431-01).
